Intuitive Eating

You want to feel happy and healthy in your body, but how to achieve that is a whole other story! Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to health that helps you tune into your body signals, break the cycle of chronic  dieting, and heal your relationship with food. Aside from a degree in Food Science and Nutrition, I completed Intuitive Eating for Healthcare Professionals in October 2018. The curriculum is based in science and devised by two dietitians who were tired of seeing their clients feel poorly about themselves as they struggled to lose weight.
